OBJECTIVES
Our Mechanics Department is not designed for any single specific application. Instead, since we must meet the diverse needs of a varied clientele every day, our higly professional staff has developed the ability to create any plant system, component or single part in the ways and by the deadlines requested.
Lifting equipment with capacities of up to 120 tons and machine tools that can manufacture oversized components allow us to provide customers with a complete production cycle that comprises cutting, metalwork, welding, machining, enamelling, final assembly, testing and packing - all without the need to outsource any procedure.
DESCRIPTION OF DEPARTMENT The Elettromeccanica Viotto Srl plans and builds machineries, fittings and components of precision for the industry from beyond 40 years. Is equipped with the best manufacturing plant, that allow her a production to be in the van for quality and quantity.
To proof of the by now reached productive throughput, able to furnish the machinery and the complete fittings of all the auxiliary services and of deliver them to the customer " turnkeys basis".
In this sector, the activity of the "Elettromeccanica Viotto Srl" is articulated in different productive sectors :

Constructions of metallic carpenters and mechanical workmanships for the supply of machineries complete of all the auxiliary services, ready turnkeys;

Construction of spare parts in general.

Machine tools department.
The current range of machine tools is composed almost exclusively of numeric control units with the following size limits:

CNC precision grinding 9000x3000 mm (h); (16000x4200)

CNC vertical turning 4800x2400 mm (h);
· CNC parallel turning 1250x11000 mm, 40 tonne capacity between points;

Metal structures department:
· Welding (submerged arc, Mig, Mag (automatic and semi-automatic), Tig, Electrode);

Oxygen cutting (to max 300 m/m);
·
Benders, presses, shears;
·
Sanding and painting booth.
