- Iron and Steel Industry:
It is inevitable that the components and systems in this type of industry undergo wear and this is due to an infinity of reasons and situations combined with high temperatures and corrosion. The use of anti-wear components allows to reduce the production costs of sintering systems, coke furnace, casting cylinders and blast furnace production. Viotto constructs and repairs crushing components, grid beds, unloading tables, dry and cold sieving screen shielding and manufactures blast furnace chutes.
- Chemical Industry:
apart from erosion and abrasion, some machine components are often exposed to corrosion. A solution to this problem is the creation of metal sheets resistant to corrosion made from rust and acid resistant material. Very often this type of metal sheets are used for double shaft mixers, other system components and dust collecting tubes and pipes that are exposed to serious abrasion like the dolomite mineral or minerals in general.
- Energy production:
As well as long lasting constructions with high output in order to cover costs, reliability is also required. A large number of plant and system manufacturers have already tested the quality of our coatings. An example is that of the rotor blades built according to technical drawings and assembled on dust separating fans; this application requires high quality components as it is exposed to wear and must also respect high dynamic and static characteristics.
